An action game: you'll need to see the screen and react quickly. It all works with a keyboard.
- You carry the ball and run up the pitch on your own. Steer left and right: drag a thumb, or use the arrow keys (or A and D).
- Pass with the Pass button, Space or Enter. The ball goes to your nearest team-mate, the one with the ring round them. Wait until they are level with you or behind you.
- The dashed line across the pitch is level with the ball. A team-mate above it is in front of you: pass to them and it's a forward pass.
- In this game, a pass over about 11 m, or one caught with a defender right there, gets dropped forward: a knock-on.
- Under 6 and Under 7 play tag: two hands on your hips is a tag, and then you must pass within 3 steps. From Under 8 it's a tackle: keep a team-mate close to win the ruck.
- Carry the ball over their try line to ground it for a try. In this game, from Under 13, a defender right beside you can hold it up (the mini rules don't cover it). Step on the touchline and it's out.
- Six attacks a go. Today's run is the same for everyone your age: three goes, your best counts. Practice is new every time.
